Biography Stuff

For those who don't know me, I'm going to start this post with a little info about myself. It would be rude to ask people to read a story about someone they know nothing about, wouldn't it? But I promise to keep it pretty brief so we can get into the good stuff quickly.

I was born a blue eyed boy in West Palm Beach, FL on March 10th, 1993. I lived there for roughly 3 years, then moved to Kingsport, TN, where my family and I have lived for some 17 years now. I came into this world with two twin brothers 16 months older than me and a sister who was 6 years my elder. As I grew up, instead of constantly fighting with my siblings, I acquired a growing desire to be the center of attention among the adults. I would not be denied. When they gathered I had to be right there at the table with them, entertaining with my antics. Perhaps annoying is a more apt description. I remained in that mindset all through my adolescence.

When I came of age, I entered Abraham Lincoln Elementary School. Mrs. Ferguson, Mr. Tynes, Mrs. Fraley, Mrs. Cox, Mrs. Hernandez/Mrs. Alvis. That was the lineup for me in chronological order. All were memorable for their own reasons. Worth mentioning, is the upsetting decision by Mr. Tynes to PUT ME IN A CORNER OF THE ROOM by myself. For what? Guess. Nope. TOO MUCH HUGGING. I was maybe 7 at the time, but that's just the kind of person I was and still am today. I want to make others feel better. I suppose he just wasn't a fan. There are many more stories I could delve into, but they aren't as pertinent to the purpose here. Those were much more innocent times. For now, we move to John Sevier Middle School.

The next post will be the beginning of the meaty stuff, I promise. Hang in there please.

Today's note: As cliché as it sounds, a smile can honestly change a person's entire day. Just try it. Smile at some people as you pass by them and see if they don't smile back.
